ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalties applied for cancellations up to 2 days before arrival.
2. Any cancellation after 2 days before arrival will be charged for 1 night stay.

PAYMENT TERMS

With booking confirmation a deposit equivalent to 1 night stay is required and the remaining paid at check in.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night, is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of €7 per guest.

Please note that all credit and debit card payments have an extra charge of 3.5% on the reservation total cost.

No noise is allowed from 22:00 in order to not disturb the remaining guests.

Visitors are not allowed to sleep at the property.

A security deposit of a 1-night stay amount is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
